Penny Price Aromatherapy take great pride in customer service, as part of this we make ourselves available to answer any questions you may have regarding our training courses and products.

Here are just a few questions we get asked regularly:

Are PPA essential oils sourced from reliable and sustainable growers?

Yes, all of our essential oils are naturally farmed. The majority of them come from France, having either been grown and distilled there, or distilled from imported plant material. This latter is because we trust our distillers to ensure that the quality of the oil is not endangered in any way.

Although some of our oils can be called organic (i.e. they have been certified) most are just grown naturally without pesticides or fertilisers and without the added expense of a certificate. We run study tours to our distillation area in France for you to see for yourself how our plants are grown and processed.

Can I buy personalised and bespoke products?

Yes you can. Just call us or email info@penny-price.com with your ideas and we will make sure that you have your personalised gifts, or own-label products. No problem.

Are your aromatherapy courses matched to national training standards?

Our courses have been matched to NOS as level 4. They are accredited by the IFPA, ITEC and the FHT. The Penny Price Academy of Aromatherapy prides itself on our small classes to ensure that you get the best attention and teaching at all times. Our tutors are always happy to help you between classes as well as during the course and are usually available Monday to Friday on 01455 458099 or email courses@penny-price.com

How soon can I get my order?

We try to process your order immediately, but sometimes it can take 24 hours to process – and of course we don’t work at weekends! If your order is shipped with Interlink, then you will get your order the next day. If it is shipped by Royal Mail it can take up to 3 days. The shipper we use depends on the weight of your order, so if you are in a hurry, just call us on 01455 458099 or add your comments to the ‘special instructions’ box on your online order.

Can I learn at home in my own time?

Most of our courses come as a distance learning option. However reflexology and therapeutic massage are taught in-house because we need to ensure that your practical techniques are accurate.

If you are learning aromatherapy you can learn online, but again, the massage would need an in-house module unless you are already a qualified masseuse. For more details visit our training pages or email courses@penny-price.com

Are your products safe during pregnancy and for use on babies and children?

All our products are formulated from natural products and all essential oils used are present in safe levels in all our ready-made, ready-to-use skin care and body care products.

Do I get a discount if I am a therapist?

Of course you do! Just phone us through for your password and use it at the checkout when you order. It helps if you make an online account for yourself first, but if you can’t do this don’t worry, we will do it for you. You can email us on accounts@penny-price.com

Do I get tutor support throughout the course?

All the way through from the very first time you come through our door or open your distance learning pack, to after qualification, we are here for you. We will help you with your studies, point you in the right direction for research and help you with your client’s conditions after qualification for as long as you need us.

I have a clinic – can I sell your products to my clients?

Yes you can – just buy from us using your professional discount code and sell on to your clients at retail prices. Easy. Special packs and kits tailor-made for your clinic – just call and ask.

I would like to do a therapy course that is not on your website. Can you help?

Yes we can help. We have a large teaching bank of professionals in all types of therapy. We will take your request and match you with a tutor for distance learning or in-house training on a 1-1 basis, or for a group of friends or colleagues. Email courses@penny-price.com
