We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website information is collected using cookies.

We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account and if you agree, to email you about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website.
Penny Price Aromatherapy Limited will not share your information for marketing purposes with companies outside of the company.
When processing your order, we will share your information (not payment details) with shipping and courier services in order for your products to be delivered.
We keep a record of any purchase/s you make from PPA. This means we can help to deal with any queries or problems you may have, and also so we can ensure that any information that we send to you is relevant.
If you (a customer) place an order with us via Penny-price.com or via telephone, we do not store any debit or credit card information

When we instruct agents, contractors or third party service providers to provide business operations support, including advertising and marketing advice and support, financial services and technology services. Please note that these third parties are under contract, and our service agreements dictate that they only use your information in connection with the services they perform for us and not for their own benefit.
If we are requested by the police or a regulatory or government authority investigating illegal activities to provide information concerning your activities whilst using the network we shall do so.
We would like to send you information about products and services of PPA which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.

Orders are welcomed by telephone or fax to our order hotline 01455251065 by post, email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or via our website shop at www.penny-price.com, where you can open a professional account. Payment is with order, unless previously arranged. Goods are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis. All prices shown on our website include VAT and are quoted in British Pounds Sterling. Only books and publications are zero rated VAT.
Opening an Account and Placing an Order
To place an order, you can open an account with us which will require you to provide some compulsory personal information. Alternatively, you can choose to place your order via the guest checkout.
You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. You can update or correct your details at any time by going to Your Account.
When you create an account we may provide you with and/or ask you to use passwords or other means to allow you to access certain areas of the Website and/or to maintain your account security. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. Penny Price Aromatherapy shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Should you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or account, please contact us.
When you order through the Website via our guest checkout you will still need to provide us with certain compulsory personal information in order for us to process your order. We will not store the details that you provide via guest checkout (save for processing your order, or if you have opted in to receive marketing from us). However, you can choose to register an account with us after submitting your order.
Processing, Delivery & Returns
Orders are usually processed and despatched within 24 hours during the working week. However, due to prevailing workloads please ensure that all orders are placed before 1.30pm to ensure same day dispatch. Orders are sent to your delivery address and may take as long as 5 working days to reach you; our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you will be out during the day then please inform us of an address of where the parcel may be sent. Carriers will now only try to re-deliver your parcel to you once after a failed attempt before returning it to us. Should your parcel be returned to us then you will be contacted and you will be charged for re-delivery. We use Interlink and the Post Office depending on the weight of your order.
Please carefully check your parcel on receipt for damages and contact us within 5 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or replace after this period. When returning products please use this Product Return Form.
Our postage charges are £3.99 (up to 500g) and £5.99 (over 500g) to mainland UK and are calculated individually for overseas orders.
Booking a course
Courses can be booked by downloading the application form from www.penny-price.com (click here) or bought through our online shop.
Provisional bookings can be made by phone (Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm) or by email to email@example.com. These bookings must be confirmed by payment of a deposit and copies of relevant qualifications. All bookings will be acknowledged by post or email, with directions and accommodation details if requested. Start and end times of courses, lunch arrangements and other details will be in the letter of acceptance.
Course Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a course for any reason, the following will apply:
Cancellations giving over 14 days notice will receive a refund or be transferred to another course less a £10 cancellation fee
Cancellation within 14 days will automatically forfeit 50% of the total fee
Non attendees on the day of the course will lose the full amount of the course.
If the Academy cancels a course, the fees will be refunded or the students transferred to a new date with no penalties.
