Calming Cuddles Baby Massage Oil: Apply a small amount of oil to your palm & rub both palms together to evenly spread & warm oil. Gently apply to the baby’s body, always massaging towards the heart with slow even strokes. Avoid eye contact. Not to be taken internally.

Time for Tranquillity Inhalation Oil: Use 2-3 drops of Time for Tranquility Inhalation Oil on a tissue or handkerchief and leave to inhale throughout the night. Please ensure this is out of reach for the baby. If needed it can also be used during the daytime. You can also add 4 drops into a vaporiser immersing the room with the soothing aromas. Please ensure that if a vaporiser is being used that it is out of reach for the baby. Do not use this product directly onto the skin, in the bath or in a lotion or carrier oil, it is for inhalation only.
Rest & Recover Bath Foam: Add a small amount, roughly the size of a 50p piece, to warm running water & soak for at least 10 minutes so the essential oils can take effect.
Blissful Bath Time: Apply a small amount into warm running water & allow it to disperse. Always check the water temperature before placing your baby into the bath. Use a gentle sponge to wash over the skin. Avoid eye contact.
