Ordering Products

All orders are welcomed by telephone or fax to our order hotline at 01455 251 065, by Email to orders@penny-price.com, or via our website shop at www.penny-price.com, where you can open a professional account. Payment is with the order unless previously arranged. Goods are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis. All prices shown on our website include VAT and are quoted in British Pounds, Sterling. Only books and publications are zero-rated VAT.

Opening An Account And Placing An Order

To place an order, you can open an account with us which will require you to provide some compulsory personal information. Alternatively, you can choose to place your order via guest checkout.

You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. You can update or correct your details at any time by going to Your Account.

When you create an account we may provide you with and/or ask you to use passwords or other means to allow you to access certain areas of the Website and/or to maintain your account security. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. Penny Price Aromatherapy shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. Should you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your password or account, please contact us.

When you order through the Website via our guest checkout you will still need to provide us with certain compulsory personal information in order for us to process your order. We will not store the details that you provide via guest checkout (save for processing your order, or if you have opted in to receive marketing from us). However, you can choose to register an account with us after submitting your order.

Processing, Delivery & Returns

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours during the working week. However, due to prevailing workloads please ensure that all orders are placed before 12 midday to ensure same-day dispatch. Orders are sent to your delivery address and may take as long as 5 working days to reach you; our carriers do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. If you will be out during the day then please inform us of an address where the parcel may be sent. Carriers will now only try to re-deliver your parcel to you once after a failed attempt before returning it to us. Should your parcel be returned to us then you will be contacted and you will be charged for re-delivery. We use Interlink and the Post Office depending on the weight of your order.

Please carefully check your parcel on the receipt for damages and contact us within 5 days of receipt. We cannot exchange or replace it after this period. When returning products please use this Product Return Form.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping
Our postage charges are £3.99 for small items, £5.99 for 500g and 500g+ is calculated at an average weight to price for mainland UK. Orders are calculated individually for overseas and can take up to 10 working days to arrive.

Express shipping service
We offer express shipping, charges are £6.00 for orders 1KG - 5KG and £7.50 for orders with a weight above 5KG. Express shipping takes up to 1-3 Business Days.

Local pick-up
Local pick-up is now available, just choose the local pick option upon checkout. We charge 10p for plastic bags, you can choose local pick-up with or without a plastic bag.

EU and International Orders 
As we ship orders under DAP (Delivered at Place) All international orders including the EU will be subject to duty & import tax upon delivery. You will be contacted directly by the courier to make customs & import tax payments. Please see the seller & buyer responsibilities below:
