It can be used in the bath or blended in a cream or massage oil for sore, aching muscles and relief from aches, cramps, spasms, and rheumatism.
To Use
This is a pure essential oil blend, use 4-6 drops in the bath or vaporiser, and always mix in with bath foam or a suitable carrier when using in the bath) or on a tissue that you can inhale from.

To Use
Apply a small amount where and when needed - Nurture Mobility Lotion be used as many times as you need throughout the day but we recommend applying at least twice daily to gain the full benefits from our lotion.
Active is formulated to help boost energy levels and promote wakefulness, with essential oils of lemon-scented eucalyptus, a mood-boosting powerhouse; black pepper to warm the body and stimulate the mind; rosemary to promote focus and clarity; and peppermint to enhance activity and circulation, all in silky vegetable oils of apricot and coconut.
