Sunflower oil is a nutritious oil rich in linoleic acid and contains vitamins A, D and E with the minerals calcium, zinc, potassium, iron and phosphorus, it is a great oil for massage for all skin types.
Almond oil is known for its revitalising and gently soothing properties. Almond Oil is perfect for massage treatments both on the back and full body and is ideal to use on its own or as part of a blend. With Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6 & E.
Ho Leaf is particularly helpful to the nervous system, especially in helping with stress, anxiety and insomnia. It is excellent for inducing relaxation and a sense of calmness. It tackles feelings of frigidity and apathy, promoting a relaxed state of mind.
With a high linalool content (around 80-90%), Ho Leaf essential oil has a stimulating but soothing effect on the mind and body, helping to reduce fatigue and can help to balance emotions. It can also help reduce anxiety and have a relaxing effect.

Lavender is generally calming and soothing to the mind helping sleep, and ease tension stress and emotional exhaustion. Davis says that the calming and relaxing qualities of lavender can help in reaching deeper states of meditation.
Lavender essential oil has been the focus of several clinical trials and has successfully been used in some hospitals as a massage oil and in a vapouriser to help dispel anxiety and help patients sleep.
With a fresh and clean scent juniper is associated with purification being used historically to drive out negative influences. It is recommended for individuals who are feeling burdened and deep within their thoughts – worries, pressures and anxieties. It is recommended for nervous and intellectual fatigue.
Davis suggests that Juniper can clear ‘waste’ from the mind.
